There are some exceptions depending on volume, when shipping can take 1-10 business days, depending on your location. We offer free shipping in Canada, as well as USA and International (minimum order requirement). We do offer expedited shipping, for an additional cost.
One of the things we hear the most from our customers is the compliments they constantly get on their skin.
Consistency and realistic expectations. Most of our customers note they can start noticing a difference in their skin texture after the first time they use the serums, but after 1-2 weeks you should start visibly seeing an improvement. It takes 6-8 weeks of consistent use for optimal results.
Although using natural skincare products can lower the chance of having a reaction, allergies and reactions may still occur depending on the individual.
It is strongly recommended to do a patch test before using any topical product or peel solution prior to full application. To do this, rub a dime-sized amount on to the inside of your forearm or just behind ear. If you do not experience any irritation or inflammation in 1-3 days, you can safely proceed with your treatment.

The quicker you use the product, the fresher they are. We recommend you use your product(s) within 6-12 months of purchase to ensure optimal freshness. The products are still effective, they just may lose their fresh scent. We suggest keeping products in a cool, dry environment and away from direct sunlight.

We do not offer skincare on retail activity: eBay, Amazon, Walmart, or any other online marketplace. We are not able to guarantee EI SKIN product quality or authenticity of products purchased through noted online stores.
Is it very important to us that you receive your orders with the highest standards. Natural products do not like extreme heat or cold. It is advised to keep an eye on tracking so you can grab your package as it arrives. We have no control over the conditions during transit and delivery.
Do not leave products in car, which can get excessively hot, which can lessen the integrity and shelf life of the product. Keep product away from direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
Sourcing pure, organic ingredients are a costly and complicated process but is worth it to provide you with peace of mind! Whenever possible, our products are organically or naturally sourced. We do not use toxic chemicals, phthalates, synthetic dyes or colours, parabens, Sodium Laureth Sulfate/Sodium Lauryl Sulfate or any other harmful ingredients.
Our Organic Collection consist of products that are 95%-100% organic. Other collections are all natural, combination of natural and organic.
