Lactic Acid Enzymatic Peeling Liquid targets a number of skin concerns, from wrinkles, dullness, hyperpigmentation to acne. Regardless, the result is fresh, healthier-looking skin. It boosts clarity by removing skin’s damaged upper most layers, without irritation or over-drying.
Lactic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), that has a larger molecular structure, which means it cannot penetrate skin as deeply as glycolic acid. Therefore, it provides a more surface-level treatment which is more tolerated by most skin types, including sensitive.
Lactic acid is a melanogenesis inhibitor, which means it slows down the production of pigmentation. Lightens and brightens dark pigmentation. Learn more about AHAs here.
