Refund Policy
We are sorry to hear our products were not perfect for you! We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. EI SKIN is not responsible if any skin or other reactions if occur. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your EI SKIN purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you need to return your product, please review and follow the information below.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, undamaged and unused condition. EI SKIN does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products.
- We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
Please email us at ellai@ellaiskin.com for a return request and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return has been received unopened, in its original condition, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Is it very important to us that you receive your orders with the highest standards. Natural products do not like extreme heat or cold. It is advised to keep an eye on tracking so you can grab your package as it arrives. We have no control over the conditions during transit and delivery.
Do not leave products in car, which can get excessively hot which can lessen the integrity and shelf life of the product. Keep product away from direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
- Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
- Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
- Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
Only items purchased directly from www.ellaiskin.com may be accepted for a return. Please contact customer service with any questions by email at ellai@ellaiskin.com.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. ELLA i SKiN does not allow returns or exchanges on any unsealed products. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
- We accept exchanges on items purchased on www. ellaiskin.com only up to 14 days after the original purchase.
- Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
- If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 14 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 14 days. Unfortunately, damaged products during shipping do happen. Please contact customer service at ellai@ellaiskin.com.
